  • Are my goods insured while being moved?

    Yes, we are fully insured 

  • Will you pack my belongings for me?

    Yes, we offer a packing service and supply all the materials for packing for you.  To view our packinbg service click here

  • How should I pack my belongings?

    We recommend packing your good as securely as possible. Label all boxes clearly on at least two sides for ease when moving in to know which package belongs in which room. We also advise clearly marking any boxes containing fragile or breakable items. Failing that, we offer a professional packing service  to take the hassle out of packing for you. 

  • Are there any items I can’t transport?

    We cannot transport gas bottles (as small as a soda stream cannister through to larger bottles), paint or flammable liquids of any sort. 

  • How much does packing/materials/moving cost?

    We offer a fixed rate based on a standard 3-bedroom house. Our prices will vary for those with larger homes. To find out more, call us for a free quote 

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    We advise booking as soon as you know you will be moving to ensure we can offer the time and date you prefer. 

  • Access/ apartments/stairs

    Please advise us when booking any access issues we need to be aware of. We can move just about anything, anywhere. We need to ensure we bring the right equipment to move your items safely, or if we will have any access issues with getting our trucks to your property (driveway clearances etc.) 

  • Do you move single large items?

    Yes, we absolutely do! We have moved many Pianos, Pool tables and other large or bulky single items. Call us to learn more about how we can help you move single items.
